Swiss Employer Award 2022: Employees recognize Varioprint as an attractive employer
Varioprint AG has received the Swiss Employer Award 2022 certification. This award is presented annually to companies that are rated as outstanding employers by their own employees.
What is the Swiss Employer Award certification?
The Swiss Employer Award recognizes companies that are rated as attractive employers by their employees. Each year, up to 120 companies in four size categories participate in Switzerland's largest benchmarking initiative. Certification is awarded to companies that score above the Swiss average in at least one target category.
Employee survey as basis for certification
All employees took part in the 2022 survey. Participants were asked to give their opinion and assessment of the company's strengths, weaknesses and potential. We scored very well in the "commitment" category and received high approval from employees for our open and employee-oriented culture and the high level of trust in management.
