Excellent customer satisfaction has the highest priority

Personal relationships are a central part of our customer care. Varioprint practices close customer relations daily - in Switzerland and internationally. Sustainable customer satisfaction is always the focus of our activities.

In order for this process to be constantly optimized, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey at regular intervals. Together with the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen, an extensive, worldwide online customer survey was conducted this summer by an international team of students. The results confirm our efforts.

Above-average ratings (Customer Satisfaction) for:

  • Product Quality
  • Customer Service
  • Technical Support
  • Innovation

With an average of 90 out of a possible 100 points, we are pleased about this extremely positive feedback from our customers. At the same time, however, we see this result as an incentive to continue to place customer satisfaction as the top priority of our corporate goals.

The many valuable customer feedbacks, however, also show further optimization potential. First and foremost is the further reduction of delivery times. Improved process flows and advanced job monitoring software tools are expected to further reduce throughput times in the future.
