VARIOPRINT uses both liquid and fixed resist for producing conductive pattern structures. Special clean room techniques ensure the highest quality even for the most complex requirements. The use of a fully automated conductive pattern procedure involving laser direct imaging (LDI) enables us to achieve high process reliability even with fine line structures of 50 µm.
